Replacement of an existing fence with the exact same material and height does not require the approval of the ACCE Committee, but a Notice of Construction form should be provided to the ACCE Committee. In the event no approval or disapproval is provided to the homeowner, then the fence is approved by default and Article VII is considered fully complied with. Once the fence application request has been submitted the ACCE Committee and/or Board of Directors have 30 days from the submission to approve or disapprove the request. In addition, the application must provide a photo of the proposed fence style including height, material, and color.

All applications for new fences and replacement of an existing fence with a different style must include detailed drawings of the proposed fence line on the property.
